ABOUT SEEK & BLOOM
Seek & Bloom focuses on the slow art of flower pressing while incorporating the modern approach of graphic arts to create designs that feel organic and elegant. Products are created using pressed and preserved flowers and foliage foraged in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. Designs are then photographed and digitized for stationery that looks and feels organic. Seek & Bloom is passionate about supporting local and we always strive to collaborate with other local artisans and flower farms when creating products.

ABOUT ASHLEY
Living in a rural community on the East Coast of Nova Scotia I love nature, wildflowers and feel most at ease by the water. Seek & Bloom designs are commonly influenced by objects in nature, my beautiful province and colourful fields of wildflowers.

With a strong background in graphic arts, stationery design and my love for nature, pressing flowers provides me with a sense of nostalgia and has calmed my yearning for a more soulful lifestyle. After 10 years as an entrepreneur in the creative industry the transition into Seek & Bloom has felt organic and fulfilling and I have been gratified with this slow, hands on process of creating.

Most days you will find me in my home studio designing with flowers. When I’m not creating you will find me working on my other life passions, on an adventure with my family, relaxing at the lake, or at the gym spinning my heart out!
