Spud Spice: The name says it all, it is perfect for potatoes. If you add to oil when tossing the fresh cut potatoes, you can get some nicely seasoned fries/homefries, or potato patties.  Add it to your mashed potatoes, and top your shepherd's pie with this mash!

For a nice snack, you can add 1/2 tsp to melted butter for a very tasty popcorn topper. Made locally here in Middle Sackville, NS.

Taco Spice: Have you been looking for a great Taco blend without fillers? You can use this with ground meats or even meat substitutes, or try it mixed into taco burgers! If you love corn on the cob, sprinkle a bit onto a buttered cob of corn then squeeze a little lime to bring that simple corn on the cob to the next level of awesomeness!  For an amazing snack, add 1/2 tsp to melted butter as a delicious popcorn topping. This is made locally in Middle Sackville, NS.

Steak Spice: Technically this is called "Steak Spice" but this seasoning is great on steak, roasts, burgers, chicken, fish, veggies, a great little shaker topping to poutine, added to gravy or "au jus" and so much more. The difference between this blend and Montreal Steak spice is that we blend a slightly different group of spices. Montreal spice has dill seeds and is much coarser. This blend is far more versatile and ground finer for ease of use. It has a little bite of spicy heat.. really, more of a nibble. A little goes a long way, use as a seasoning, not a rub. We make this locally in Middle Sackville, NS.

Everything Bagel: This is not only a great topping for breads and bagels, but it goes great on avocado, salads and cooked vegetables!

Here's a super 2 ingredient bagel recipe:  ⅞ cup plain greek yogurt, 1 cup self-rising flour.  Mix.  Let rest for 5 minutes.  Divide into 4 equal parts.  Roll the dough into a "snake" and attach the ends of the snake together to form a bagel shape.  Place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, brush with egg wash (1egg +1Tbsp water) and sprinkle bagel topping.  Bake at 300F for 20-30 minutes or until done.

BBQ Chicken & Pork: If you like the outside part of rotisserie chicken, this is that! This seasoning goes great with more than just Chicken. It is perfect with pork too. The molasses in the brown sugar brings a out the smokey qualities of the paprika. So versatile, it works well tossed with oil for root vegetables too. If you mix 1/2 tsp with melted butter as a popcorn topping, your day will get better! Lol.

Poultry Brine Kit: Once you've brined a bird (chicken or turkey) you'll never go back to regular roasting!  One cup of this blend will brine 10 lbs of poultry.  One container will allow you to brine several chickens or turkey and a couple of chickens!  The kit includes 1 container of dry brine blend, instructions, a stuffing recipe, and a brining bag to make brining a big bird easier.
